Very welcoming host. Room and bathroom clean and comfortable for a two night stay. Keys meant I could come and go as I pleased. 5 minutes cab ride to/from Felixstowe train station.

A fabulous find. Right on the sea front & a short walk into the town with free parking along the front. Had a lovely bright & comfortable en suite room & a lovely home cooked breakfast. Everything was spotlessly clean. Nothing was too much trouble for our host who was so friendly & very knowledgeable about the area. Would highly recommend.
